This project started with the redesign of the corporate head quarters to signal the digitisation of the organisation. Over the next seven years, it included an extensive field study that led to the design and build of 700 rural outposts of the organisation. The execution stage included scaling manuals, participatory games and variable design to suit all stakeholders in the transformation.
